Single Room (180 sq. ft.) with private bath and walk-in closet $78.00 per day ($2,373.00 per month) Large Single with private bath and walk-in closet $98.00 per day ($2,981.00 per month) Studio Suite (402 sq. ft.) $118.00 per day ($3,589.00 per month) 1 Person Suite (360 sq. ft.) with private bath and 2 closet $122.00 per day ($3,711.00 per month) 2 Person Suite (360 sq. ft.) with private bath and 2 closet $140.00 per day ($4,258.00 per month) Executive Suite 1 Person $130.00 per day ($3,954.00 per month) Executive Suite 2 Person $150.00 per day ($4563.00 per month) There will be an additional charge of $25.00 per day for residents with intensive short-term care. There is a $5.00 a month charge cable fee for extended cable and an $8.00 month fee for house phone. We have mini storage bins, 5x5x5, for $15.00 per month.

Basic Services Provided:

Protective care and watchful oversight with continuous assessment of needs and condition Supervision of personal care and nutrition (bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.) Laundry services including personal laundry Towels, washcloths, bed linens, blankets, 1 pillow Toilet Tissue, Soap, Light Bulbs Rooms are furnished with a single bed, night stand, lamp, chest of drawers, and a comfortable chair 3 balanced meals served in centrally located dining room. 2 snacks daily. Recreational and cultural activities and hobbies Information to surrogate, relatives, or responsible party regarding resident needs Provision for emergency transportation Supervision of medications Transportation to and from local doctors' visits and recreational outings

Services Provided at an Additional Fee:

Telephone and Long Distance Charges Personal items kept in the company store such as toothpaste, shampoo, etc. which may be purchased at cost from Magnolia Estates
