| Short Term Fees (Minimum 6 Weeks or less): |
Fees for short term stays are determined at the time of application. Each applicant's needs are taken into consideration at the time of application and fees applied accordingly. Currently, the daily rate for Short-Term Care is $120 per day.

| Basic Services Provided: |
- Protective care and watchful oversight with continuous assessment of needs and condition
- Supervision of personal care and nutrition (bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.)
- Laundry services including personal laundry
- Towels, washcloths, bed linens, blankets, 1 pillow
- Toilet Tissue, Soap, Light Bulbs
- Rooms are furnished with a single bed, night stand, lamp, chest of drawers, and a comfortable chair
- 3 balanced meals served in centrally located dining room. 2 snacks daily.
- Recreational and cultural activities and hobbies
- Information to surrogate, relatives, or responsible party regarding resident needs
- Provision for emergency transportation
- Supervision of medications
- Transportation to and from local doctors' visits and recreational outings
- Telephone Service including Long Distance

- Personal items kept in the company store such as toothpaste, shampoo, etc. which may be purchased at cost from Magnolia Estates
Cable TV Services are available through the local Cable TV Provider, arrangements for which must be made by the resident or responsible party
