From Atlanta: Take I-85 North to the Braselton/Hoschton exit. Turn right on to Hwy. 53 South. Go approximately 7 miles. Magnolia Estates will be on the right.
From the northeast area of Georgia: Coming south on I-85, take the Braselton/Hoschton exit. Turn on to Hwy. 53 South. Go approximately 7 miles. Magnolia Estates will be on the right.
From Lawrenceville/Dacula area: Take Hwy. 316 (University Parkway) East to Hwy. 81. Turn left. Go approximately 3 miles and cross Hwy. 8. Go through downtown Winder on Braod Street through 5 traffic lights. Just past Barrow Community Hospital, take the left fork on to Hwy. 53 North. Go Approximately one mile and Magnolia Estates will be on the left.
